Message	1. 4-point harness is not safe. 2. Harness without a roll bar or roll cage is not safe. 3. Roll bar without a helmet and padding is not safe. 4. A harness bar is not a roll bar. There are plenty of arguments pro (a few) and con (a lot) all over the internet, but this is the general consensus. I'd consider a roll bar and 6 point harness if I were tracking at speed, but I'd still use the stock belts for daily driving.
